It is a nice location where one can see the fog set in even at lunchtime when the weather is overcast. Sunsets are even more wonderful. Paul Huang is one passionate chef.
• The blackened beef salad has a nice grilled flavour. It's very well-seasoned and not too salty.
• A non-steak option is the asparagus and mushroom risotto with fennel sausage. It’s light enough if you decide not to have steak but heavy if you have it as a second course. The home-made fennel sausage is gently-flavoured.
• To cap a meal on the right note try the pineapple carpaccio for the dessert. The tuile basket holds a serving of homemade coconut ice cream and sits on grilled thin slices of fresh pineapple. The fruit is garnished with caramelised sugar, lime
