It's time to give the second generation of chefs a voice. Listen to the chefs of Gallery VASK as they share their philosophy, values and cooking methods in honour of Sustainable Seafood Week 2017. The event will be held on February 22, 2017. Beginning at 7:00PM, a masterclass by next generation chefs will ensue. Afterwards, a one-of-a-kind sustainable Seafood Dinner will be served.
