This heritage recipe is the most traditional way to sink your teeth into a steak: with fried garlic on top, fries in olive oil, a siding of garlic and parsley champiñones, and of course, blue cheese sauce—a signature from the north of Spain. Nothing fancy, just comforting and homey goodness.
